Branding Design

Heart & Home Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded by Nicole Cuzzo, dedicated to supporting and uplifting foster parents through resources, community, and advocacy. Rooted in compassion and connection, the foundation provides a safe, empowering space for caregivers navigating the foster system. This project focused on creating a brand presence that reflects both the heart behind the mission and the strength of the families it serves.
